Comments help you learn more about the people in your audience and they make you, your website and your brand more real and more personal in your visitor's mind. Because of that, we're very happy to announce the addition of super easy comment embedding in all Thrive Content Builder content as well as in Thrive Landing Pages. Which One to Use? The new "Comments" element in our visual editor supports two systems: Facebook Comments and Disqus. If you're wondering which of the two you should use, I can provide you with a short answer and a long answer.
The short answer is that neither is "better" than the other and for most intents and purposes, they're very similar. The longer answer is one I wrote about in this post here, comparing Facebook Comments, Disqus and various other Phone Number commenting systems. A Hint for Facebook Comments If you embed Facebook comments on a page and they don't display or don't display correctly, it could be a caching issue. The quickest way to resolve this is to go to the Facebook Debugger Tool and entering the URL of the page where you're trying to show the comments box. Click on the "Fetch new scrape information" button to reset Facebook's cached information of your page: When you've done that, you can reload your page and your comment box will be showing correctly.
